Guo to the rescue
It's a new year, but that doesn't mean the world lacks in volume of crazy stories. Take this one for instance, a 21-year-old Chinese man who we assume still lives with his parents dressed himself up in a police officer outfit to prevent his dad from hiring more prostitutes. The man's name is Guo, and Guo's plan was to scare away the prostitutes with his SWAT outfit. Guo even bought an electronic baton online to make it seem like he's a real badass cop. When people started seeing Guo with his electronic baton, they called the real cops, who came arrested Guo. I'm not sure if Guo's dad bailed him out of jail or not, nevertheless, you have to forgive Guo for trying to do a "Guod" deeed.

And speaking of forgiveness, let's move on to one of the most import elements of Chinese culture, forgiveness. And forgiveness is what a Sichuan man is seeking from his wife who he cheated on. But don't focused so much on what he's seeking forgiveness for because it's the how he's seeking forgiveness that makes this news you really don't need. The man calls himself "A.Qiang", and "A.Qiang" rented out the LED boards on top of the 1,407 cabs in the city of Yibin to display the message,"I'm sorry darling. Please forgive me". I say girl, just forgive him, We are all sure he will NEVER DO IT AGAIN!
Grandpa's girls
Finally, we want to take a moment here to apologize to all of those in Shanghai who went without a New Year's Eve celebration this year due to a cancellation from local authorities. It's been reported that many of you didn’t receive the invite to the unofficial celebration that took place in a local hospital. That’s right, 2016 is the year of the elderly as they received quite the dance routine from some young Chinese dancers who were looking to party into the new year. You know what they say, laughter is the best medicine!
