減肥從尋找“入門蔬菜”開始

要減肥,富含高纖維和熱量低的新鮮蔬菜絕對是飲食好幫手,但對那些只愛碳水化合物的“主食控”和無肉不歡的“食肉動物”來說,提起這些嚼之無味的“雜草”就頭大。憋急,先找一種能接受的“入門蔬菜”吃吃看,也許你因此而改變觀念也說不定呢。
