以下是此次會(huì)議的三大關(guān)鍵詞：

一帶一路（the Belt and Road Initiative）：

與會(huì)總理重申對(duì)一帶一路倡議的支持，簽署了區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)合作聲明（regional economic cooperation）。與會(huì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人期望一帶一路倡議的實(shí)施將促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)增長(zhǎng)（promote gradual sustainable economic growth），有利于維護(hù)地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定。

六大平臺(tái)（six platforms）：

李克強(qiáng)總理提出，上合組織重點(diǎn)打造六大合作平臺(tái)，即筑牢安全（security cooperation）合作平臺(tái)，為地區(qū)發(fā)展?fàn)I造可靠的安全環(huán)境（provide a reliable "safe environment" for regional development）；搭建產(chǎn)能合作（production capacity cooperation）平臺(tái)；加快建設(shè)互聯(lián)互通（connectivity）合作平臺(tái)，探索構(gòu)建以中亞地區(qū)為樞紐的亞歐大陸互聯(lián)互通網(wǎng)絡(luò)（a central Asia-centered traffic network for Eurasia），建立國際運(yùn)輸走廊（develop an international transportation corridor）；創(chuàng)新金融合作（financial cooperation）平臺(tái)；構(gòu)建區(qū)域貿(mào)易（regional trade）合作平臺(tái)；打造社會(huì)民生合作平臺(tái)（cooperation on social affairs and improving people's lives）。

地區(qū)反恐（regional anti-terrorism）：

安全合作與經(jīng)濟(jì)合作是上合組織的“兩個(gè)輪子”。在談到構(gòu)筑安全合作平臺(tái)時(shí)，李克強(qiáng)指出，要加快落實(shí)《上海合作組織成員國邊防合作協(xié)定》，商簽反極端主義公約（anti-extremism convention），加強(qiáng)上合組織禁毒職能（strengthen the drug control mandate），支持阿富汗民族和解進(jìn)程（support national reconciliation in Afghanistan）。
