國(guó)家主席習(xí)近平12月1日在哈拉雷同津巴布韋總統(tǒng)穆加貝舉行會(huì)談。習(xí)近平指出，中國(guó)和津巴布韋是真正的全天候朋友，中津傳統(tǒng)友誼源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，歷久彌堅(jiān)。

China and Zimbabwe, with their traditional friendship both having a long history and growing ever stronger now, are "real all-weather friends," said Xi, adding that they should not only be good friends on politics but also be good partners on development.
習(xí)近平指出，中國(guó)和津巴布韋是“真正的全天候朋友”，中津傳統(tǒng)友誼源遠(yuǎn)流長(zhǎng)，歷久彌堅(jiān)。他同時(shí)表示，中津兩國(guó)不僅要做政治上的好朋友，還要做發(fā)展中的好伙伴。

“全天候朋友”（all-weather friends）這一經(jīng)常被中國(guó)使用的概念，其實(shí)是一個(gè)外來詞匯。1967年6月，時(shí)任贊比亞總統(tǒng)卡翁達(dá)首次訪華，受到中國(guó)的高規(guī)格接待。歸國(guó)后，卡翁達(dá)總統(tǒng)盛贊中國(guó)是贊比亞人民的“全天候朋友”。從此，中國(guó)開始在外交中頻繁使用“全天候朋友”來形容和某國(guó)的親密關(guān)系。“全天候”（all-weather）作為航空業(yè)專有詞語，指的是“各種復(fù)雜氣象條件”，如全天候飛行（all-weather flight）、全天候投資組合（all-weather portfolio）。那么，引申出的“全天候朋友”，自然就是形容友誼在“各種條件考驗(yàn)下”依然牢不可破。其它引申出來的詞還包括全天候戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系（all-weather strategic partnership of cooperation）。

兩國(guó)元首高度評(píng)價(jià)中津傳統(tǒng)友誼，共同規(guī)劃未來兩國(guó)關(guān)系發(fā)展，就深化務(wù)實(shí)合作（practical cooperation）達(dá)成重要共識(shí)。習(xí)近平指出，“中國(guó)永遠(yuǎn)不會(huì)忘記老朋友（China will never forget its old friends）。我此次訪問津巴布韋，就是為了鞏固中津傳統(tǒng)友好，深化務(wù)實(shí)合作，推動(dòng)兩國(guó)關(guān)系邁上新臺(tái)階，更好造福兩國(guó)人民（My visit is aimed at consolidating the China-Zimbabwe traditional friendship, deepening practical cooperation and lifting bilateral relations to a higher level, so as to bring more benefits to our two peoples）。”

津方高度贊賞中方始終對(duì)包括津巴布韋在內(nèi)非洲國(guó)家真誠相待，感謝中方長(zhǎng)期以來給予津方各方面寶貴幫助。津方希望在國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中借鑒中國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，繼續(xù)得到中方支持，在農(nóng)業(yè)、工業(yè)、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)同中方合作（learn from China's experience in socioeconomic development, receive more assistance from China and expand bilateral cooperation in such fields as agriculture, industry and infrastructure）。
