待辦事項(xiàng)淪為“未辦事項(xiàng)” <img src="/data/attachement/jpg/site1/20151202/00221910993f17c88bd425.jpg" border="0" />

The didn't-do list is list of things you intended to do at the beginning of a month or a week, or even a day, but failed to get them done by the planned deadline. It is a to-do list that keeps a record of undone things.
這個(gè)didn't-do list其實(shí)就是在to-do list的基礎(chǔ)上衍生出來(lái)的,to do表示計(jì)劃要做,而過(guò)去式的didn't do則表示沒(méi)有完成。
For example:
Every morning, I add some tasks to my to-do list, and by the time I leave my office in the afternoon, there are so many undone things on the list that it has grown into a didn't-do list.
