國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)于10月31日至11月2日對(duì)韓國(guó)進(jìn)行正式訪問(wèn)并出席在首爾舉行的第六次中日韓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議。中日韓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議中斷三年后再度恢復(fù)。

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang made the remarks at a joint press conference with South Korean President Park Geun-hye and Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe after the first China-Japan-South Korea leaders' meeting following a three-and-a-half-year hiatus.
中國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院總理李克強(qiáng)在與韓國(guó)總統(tǒng)樸槿惠和日本首相安倍晉三出席聯(lián)合記者會(huì)時(shí)發(fā)表上述講話。這是中斷三年半后，中日韓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議首度召開(kāi)。

中日韓領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議（China-Japan-South Korea leaders' meeting），是推動(dòng)?xùn)|北亞合作的重要平臺(tái)。2008年，三國(guó)決定在保留東盟和中日韓（10+3）領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人會(huì)議的同時(shí)，將三國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人單獨(dú)舉行會(huì)議機(jī)制化，每年在三國(guó)輪流舉行，會(huì)議于2012年中斷。

會(huì)議期間，三國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人對(duì)中日韓合作進(jìn)行了回顧與展望，并就地區(qū)和國(guó)際問(wèn)題交換看法。中日韓三方坦承地交換意見(jiàn)（have a frank exchange of views），達(dá)成很多共識(shí)（reach many consensuses），一致同意在正視歷史，展望未來(lái)的基礎(chǔ)上加強(qiáng)合作（promote cooperation on the basis of facing up to history, looking forward to the future）。李克強(qiáng)強(qiáng)調(diào)促進(jìn)區(qū)域合作，需推動(dòng)政治安全與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展“兩個(gè)輪子一起轉(zhuǎn)”（trilateral cooperation must be driven by the two wheels of politics and economics）。

會(huì)后三國(guó)發(fā)表了《關(guān)于東北亞和平與合作的聯(lián)合宣言》，宣言強(qiáng)調(diào)了改善雙邊關(guān)系（improve bilateral ties），深化三邊合作（deepen trilateral cooperation）。
