The adjective omnichannel is used to refer to "a type of retail which integrates the different methods of shopping available to consumers", e.g. online, in a physical shop, or by phone.
Omnichannel(全渠道的)是形容詞,指“一種綜合了多種顧客購物手段的零售形式”,如網(wǎng)絡(luò)、實(shí)體店、電話零售。
The word comes from the combination of omni- ('all') and channel. A similar term with a different meaning is multichannel, which refers to something that 'employs or possesses many television or communications channels.
該詞由omni-(意為“所有、全部”)和channel(渠道)合并而成。"multichannel"與之類似,但意思不同,這個(gè)術(shù)語是指“運(yùn)用或占有多種不同的電視或通信渠道”。
