江澤民：讓美國人很吃驚

1995年10月21日至25日，時(shí)任中國國家主席的江澤民赴紐約出席聯(lián)合國成立50年特別紀(jì)念會(huì)議，發(fā)表了題為《讓我們共同締造一個(gè)更美好的世界》的講話，這是中國國家元首首次參加聯(lián)合國大會(huì)并發(fā)表講話。

The world is diverse and colorful. I am convinced that in spite of difficulties and twists and turns that might occur in the course of evolution of the world situation and the development of the human society, the world of ours will eventually attain a civilization of a higher level and make progress in all areas.
