近日，海關(guān)總署查處走私凍品貨價(jià)超30億元，包括凍雞翅、凍牛肉等副產(chǎn)品10余萬噸，甚至有40年的陳年“僵尸肉”。

Media reports say General Administration of Customs officials seized more than 100,000 tons of "zombie meat", long-expired frozen meat products including chicken wings and beef, worth more than 3 billion yuan. Some of the meat had been frozen for more than 40 years.
據(jù)媒體報(bào)道，海關(guān)總署官員近日查扣10萬余噸“僵尸肉”，即凍雞翅、凍牛肉等早已過的冷凍肉產(chǎn)品，總價(jià)值逾30億元人民幣。其中部分肉冷凍超過40年。

“僵尸肉”（zombie meat / long-expired frozen meat products）指冰凍多年銷往市場(chǎng)的凍肉，多為來自美國(guó)和歐洲國(guó)家的走私品，最終流向二三線城市的小餐館（small restaurants）、路邊攤（sidewalk snack booths）。常見的走私路徑是，走私人員（smugglers）從境外以低價(jià)采購(gòu)凍品（purchase the frozen meat for very low prices）并用冷藏集裝箱（in refrigerated containers）發(fā)至香港，之后再發(fā)往越南。在中越邊境（border areas）芒街等地拆解（consignments are divided up ）后，再雇人以“螞蟻搬家”的方式將凍品運(yùn)到境內(nèi)。

為了牟利，境內(nèi)外相關(guān)人員互相勾結(jié)（collude with their associates），形成從供貨（offering supplies）、走私（smuggling）、運(yùn)輸（transportation）、儲(chǔ)藏（storage）、加工（manufacturing）和銷售（sales）的隱秘的“一條龍”服務(wù)（form a complete and secret supply chain）。
