日前，國務(wù)院辦公廳宣布成立國家制造強(qiáng)國建設(shè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，以加強(qiáng)對有關(guān)工作的統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃和政策協(xié)調(diào)。

The State Council recently announced the establishment of a national leading group for the upgrading of the country's manufacturing sector, with Vice-Premier Ma Kai appointed as head of the group. One of the group's main responsibilities will be planning and coordinating the overall work to raise the country's manufacturing power. 日前，國務(wù)院宣布成立國家制造強(qiáng)國建設(shè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組，國務(wù)院副總理馬凱任組長。該小組具體職責(zé)包括統(tǒng)籌協(xié)調(diào)國家制造強(qiáng)國建設(shè)全局性工作。

“制造強(qiáng)國”可以用manufacturing power表示。成立國家制造強(qiáng)國建設(shè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組包括在《中國制造2025》規(guī)劃（"Made in China 2025" plan）中。該小組的具體職責(zé)還包括審議推動(dòng)制造業(yè)發(fā)展的重大工程專項(xiàng)（reviewing and propelling major manufacturing projects），加強(qiáng)戰(zhàn)略謀劃，指導(dǎo)各地區(qū)、各部門開展工作（directing relevant works in various regions and sectors），協(xié)調(diào)跨地區(qū)、跨部門重要事項(xiàng)，加強(qiáng)對重要事項(xiàng)落實(shí)情況的督促檢查（supervising and inspecting the implementation of major tasks）。

領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組將制定新產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃（draw up plans for new industries），同時(shí)組織各部門、地方發(fā)揮和協(xié)調(diào)技術(shù)、資源優(yōu)勢，向中國智造（intelligent / smart manufacturing）轉(zhuǎn)變，未來細(xì)分領(lǐng)域的產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)劃和扶持政策（supportive policies and plans for various industries）預(yù)計(jì)出臺(tái)會(huì)相對密集。
