面試中女性求職者常被問及一些有關(guān)婚姻的尷尬問題，這是獵頭都無法幫其規(guī)避的。公司這樣的做法當(dāng)然有欠妥當(dāng)，面試官當(dāng)然也不夠?qū)I(yè)，但既然問題無法回避，那就“兵來將擋，水來土掩”，坦然面對(duì)吧。

在許多“三資”企業(yè)和鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)企業(yè)的招聘中，一般都會(huì)提出這一問題，其目的是既想長(zhǎng)期雇用廉價(jià)的勞動(dòng)力，又不愿承擔(dān)法律規(guī)定應(yīng)賦予工人的權(quán)利和義務(wù)。如果你年齡恰好已到婚配或懷孕階段，回答則要盡量使用一些策略，可以說，“一切以工作為重，決不會(huì)因婚姻影響工作”、“我尚未有在短時(shí)期內(nèi)結(jié)婚的打算”等，語言可以模糊一點(diǎn)。

當(dāng)然，面試者只有對(duì)自己清晰定位，對(duì)所應(yīng)聘的公司和職位有足夠的了解，做好針對(duì)性的準(zhǔn)備，才能保證在面試中有出色的表現(xiàn)。

We have been married for ten years.
我們結(jié)婚已經(jīng)10年了。

My husband died three years ago.

I am unmarried.

如果我們雇傭了你，又花很多錢對(duì)你進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)，可也許到那時(shí)你要結(jié)婚了，要辭職。我們?yōu)槭裁匆速M(fèi)時(shí)間和金錢呢？
