在不少領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部因大吃大喝被點(diǎn)名和處分的背景下，各地紀(jì)委紛紛出臺規(guī)定，明確了官員們不可以參加的若干種飯局。面對“飯局紅線”，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部們，還約嗎？

新的“飯局紅線”清晰規(guī)定了什么樣的宴會(huì)和飯局領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部不能參加，此舉不僅能減少對納稅人錢的浪費(fèi)，而且能縮減滋生腐敗的溫床。

“作為反腐行動(dòng)（anti-graft campaign）之一，杭州紀(jì)委要求官員在聚餐前要清楚"和誰吃"，"在哪吃"，尤其是"誰買單"的問題（know clearly the participants and restaurants and especially who pays the bill）。麗水也出臺規(guī)定，明確了20鐘官員不能參加的宴請，其中包括公款吃喝（banquets using public funds）、上下級吃請（banquets between higher and lower level officials）等。

各類飯局和商務(wù)宴請為官商勾結(jié)（collusion among officials and businessmen）提供了便利，是滋生腐敗和以權(quán)謀私的溫床（become a breeding ground for corruption and abuse of power）。在正常商務(wù)聚餐和動(dòng)機(jī)不純聚餐之間有一個(gè)灰色區(qū)域（gray zone），因此一些官員鉆規(guī)章制度的空子（take advantage of the vagueness of regulations）大行違法亂紀(jì)之事。如今“飯局紅線”越來越清晰，領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部們，還約嗎？
