飲水機(jī)是每個(gè)辦公室的標(biāo)配,在飲水機(jī)旁邊碰到相熟的同事有時(shí)也會(huì)停下來(lái)聊幾句,這種看似不經(jīng)意的聊天也可能變成公司發(fā)展的“利器”,也就是watercooler effect(飲水機(jī)效應(yīng))。
Watercooler effect refers to the effect created by two or more employees having an informal, face-to-face conversation, as though at a watercooler. A theory says that people come up with their best ideas when grouped informally.
“飲水機(jī)效應(yīng)”指幾個(gè)員工在一起進(jìn)行的非正式的面對(duì)面的談話,就像在飲水機(jī)旁的閑聊一樣。有理論稱,人們?cè)诜钦降恼勌煨〗M中能想出最好的創(chuàng)意。
