近日，國務院總理李克強“把脈”中國經(jīng)濟時，首次提出了“銜接期”的判斷。

Premier Li Keqiang presided over a symposium on the current economic situation. He analyzed the performance of the Chinese economy in the first quarter of this year and the country's economic prospects in the long term. He said that China's economy is in a transitional stage at the moment.
李克強總理近日主持召開當前經(jīng)濟形勢座談會。他分析了今年第一季度我國的經(jīng)濟形勢，同時預測了未來長期的經(jīng)濟走向。他認為中國經(jīng)濟目前正處于“銜接期”。

何為“銜接期（transitional stage）”？李克強說，一些傳統(tǒng)的支撐力量（traditional pillar industries）正在消退（declining），與此同時，一些新的力量（emerging powerhouses）則在成長（building momentum），有的新業(yè)態(tài)新產(chǎn)業(yè)呈爆發(fā)式成長（explosive growth）。但目前新舊動力轉(zhuǎn)換（transition between old and new dynamics）還沒有銜接到位（hasn't been fully completed）。

李克強說，大家對未來應有良好的預期（confident about economic prospects）。但絕不能忽視當前經(jīng)濟下行（economic downturn）壓力，必須牢固確立憂患意識。我們的調(diào)控政策（economic regulation）既要利長遠，也要穩(wěn)當前（maintain growth），穩(wěn)當前也是為了利長遠。
