A businessman from Chongqing has collected 150 antique beds from the Ming and Qing Dynasties worth several million yuan over the past 25 years. Lin, 44, started collecting beds when he was 18 and fell in love with them. Lin deals in antique reproduction furniture, so the beds are relevant to his business. The beds are stored in a 1,000-square-meter warehouse where the rent is 100,000 yuan a year. "My body is healthy sleeping on an antique bed," Lin said. "The warehouse is a little damp as a storage place, and my wish is to open a museum to let people in Chongqing see the beds for free."
