免費(fèi)乘車,并讓身穿制服的司機(jī)為你開車門搬行李現(xiàn)已不再是夢(mèng),從專車服務(wù)(chauffeur-driven car-on-demand service)在中國(guó)開啟的第一天起,相關(guān)公司就開始將大把大把的優(yōu)惠券拋向市場(chǎng)。
Chauffeur意為“私人司機(jī)”,on-demand意為“經(jīng)要求,隨叫隨到”。連在一起,chauffeur-driven car-on-demand service就是“有私人司機(jī)的叫車服務(wù)”,也就是我們所說的“專車”的內(nèi)涵。如果想要簡(jiǎn)練一點(diǎn)的話,“專車服務(wù)”也可以用chauffeured car services來表示。
專車服務(wù)作為打車軟件的延伸(an extension to taxi-hailing applications),去年才剛剛興起。滴滴和快的開拓專車市場(chǎng)之后,神州租車閃電入局,之后AA租車、易到用車、Uber專車相繼入市,打響了“燒錢(cash burning)大戰(zhàn)”。就在滴滴貌似要一統(tǒng)江湖之時(shí),神州租車以25億補(bǔ)貼(subsidy)殺入,而國(guó)際巨頭、估值410億美元的Uber又與百度聯(lián)手,在國(guó)內(nèi)正式落地。
根據(jù)騰訊一項(xiàng)調(diào)查,8成受訪者曾經(jīng)用過黑車(unlicensed taxis)。專車作為出租車的補(bǔ)充,發(fā)展可謂勢(shì)不可擋。交通運(yùn)輸部部長(zhǎng)楊傳堂表示,兩會(huì)結(jié)束后,交通運(yùn)輸部將進(jìn)行第四輪調(diào)研(a fourth round of in-depth market research)。主體的思路是,將使用者、經(jīng)營(yíng)者、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè)等多種主體的利益協(xié)調(diào)好,用一個(gè)最大的公約數(shù),使得出租車管理走向正確軌道。
