科技部近日公布大氣污染防治重點專項實施方案征求意見稿。實施方案主要包括重點專項實施的重要性、發(fā)展趨勢、現(xiàn)有基礎、總體目標、主要任務等。

China's Ministry of Science and Technology has started planning for a five-year air pollution prevention and control project, the ministry announced on Tuesday.

中國科技部周二宣布，科技部已經開始計劃五年的“大氣污染防治”工程。

“大氣污染防治”可以用 air pollution prevention and control表示，科技部已在網站上公布了該計劃的藍圖草案（a draft blueprint ），且正在向公眾征求意見（solicit public comment）。

根據該方案，大氣污染防治的重點將由應對霧霾轉變成完善預防污染的協(xié)同機制（a coordinated scheme）。文件指出，將推動科學和技術的共同研究（promote joint scientific and technological research），共享成就。

方案指出將著力于研究污染的起因跟傳播、對健康的影響（impact on health）、監(jiān)測和預警系統(tǒng)（ monitoring and warning systems）、污染管理（pollution management ）以及空氣質量改善技術（air quality improvement technology）此外還將推動與污染有關疾病的診斷和預防（the diagnosis and prevention of pollution-related diseases）。
