【背景】2013年9月，習(xí)近平在訪問(wèn)哈薩克斯坦提出構(gòu)建“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”(Silk Road Economic Belt)，同年10月，習(xí)近平在出席亞太經(jīng)濟(jì)合作組織(APEC)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人非正式會(huì)議期間，倡議愿和東盟(Association of Southeast Asian Nations)共同建設(shè)“21世紀(jì)海上絲綢之路”(the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road)?！耙粠б宦贰钡臉?gòu)想一經(jīng)提出，便在同年11月份的十八屆三中全會(huì)上被寫(xiě)入《中共中央關(guān)于全面深化改革若干重大問(wèn)題的決定》，正式成為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略(national strategy)。
“一帶一路”是習(xí)近平擔(dān)任中國(guó)最高領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之后提出的重要國(guó)際性合作倡議(international cooperation initiative)之一。“一帶一路”順應(yīng)了全球化(globalization)趨勢(shì)和各國(guó)抱團(tuán)取暖、共同合作(cooperation)的愿望，有著良好的發(fā)展前景(prospect)。

習(xí)近平對(duì)霧霾(smog)問(wèn)題不藏著掖著，在各國(guó)政要面前開(kāi)誠(chéng)布公，承認(rèn)PM2.5這個(gè)不速之客是中國(guó)“成長(zhǎng)的煩惱”，“整治污染是我們努力的方向，綠水青山(green mountains and clear rivers)亦是實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)夢(mèng)(Chinese dream)的重要內(nèi)容”。

【背景】2015年1月20日，習(xí)近平在中央政法工作會(huì)議上作出指示?？倳?shū)記用“刀把子”論要求廣大干部深刻反省，加強(qiáng)黨性修養(yǎng)，弄清政法機(jī)關(guān)要打什么旗、走什么路的重大問(wèn)題。
