1月21日，國(guó)家網(wǎng)信辦、工業(yè)和信息化部、公安部、國(guó)家新聞出版廣電總局四部門聯(lián)合啟動(dòng)“網(wǎng)絡(luò)敲詐和有償刪帖”專項(xiàng)整治工作。專項(xiàng)整治行動(dòng)開(kāi)展10天以來(lái)，舉報(bào)中心已接到舉報(bào)超過(guò)1500件，其中郵件舉報(bào)800余件，電話舉報(bào)超700件。

More than 1,500 tip-offs have been received since Chinese authorities launched a campaign against online extortion and paid post deletions on Jan 21.

中國(guó)當(dāng)局1月21日發(fā)起了打擊網(wǎng)絡(luò)敲詐和有償刪帖的行動(dòng)，自行動(dòng)開(kāi)展以來(lái)，已接到舉報(bào)超1500件。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)敲詐和有償刪帖，可以用online extortion and paid post deletions 表示，一些網(wǎng)站或不法分子假借開(kāi)展批評(píng)性報(bào)道或以“維權(quán)、監(jiān)督、曝光”之名（in the name of rights defense, supervision or exposure），向涉事地方黨政機(jī)關(guān)和企業(yè)索要“廣告費(fèi)”（advertising fees）、“贊助費(fèi)”（sponsorship）。網(wǎng)絡(luò)敲詐和有償刪帖是不法行為，損害了網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的有序流動(dòng)（damage the orderly flow of information），擾亂了市場(chǎng)秩序（disrupt market order），危害監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)和媒體的形象（harm the image of regulators and media）。

網(wǎng)絡(luò)敲詐和有償刪帖專項(xiàng)治理對(duì)外針對(duì)非法網(wǎng)站及網(wǎng)絡(luò)公司（illegal websites and online companies）開(kāi)展，為期半年。對(duì)內(nèi)針對(duì)各級(jí)濫用職權(quán)謀取私利的網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)管者（Internet regulators who abused their power to make profits）開(kāi)展，為期3月，對(duì)非法行為零容忍（show zero tolerance to illegal acts）。

公眾可以通過(guò)12377熱線（12377 hotline），或www.12377.cn 網(wǎng)站進(jìn)行舉報(bào)，最高獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)5萬(wàn)元。自專項(xiàng)整治活動(dòng)開(kāi)展以來(lái)，舉報(bào)中心接到了1500余件舉報(bào)（more than 1,500 tip-offs），其中492件有效舉報(bào)已移交執(zhí)法部門（law enforcement departments）。
