如今在美國，去普通餐廳吃個(gè)平談無奇的意大利面或乏味的漢堡已不再有吸引力。但如果吃漢堡的時(shí)候還有美女看，那效果就大不一樣了。近年來由于餐飲業(yè)不景氣，美國興起了以胸器為賣點(diǎn)的“breastaurants（波霸餐廳）”。

A breastaurant is a restaurant that has sexual undertones, most commonly in the form of large-breasted, skimpily-dressed waitresses and barmaids and double-entendre brand name.

波霸餐廳是指帶有性意味的餐廳，這種餐廳的服務(wù)員或女招待都是穿著暴露的大胸妹子，而店名多是雙關(guān)語。

The so-called "breastaurants" take inspiration from Hooters, the 30-year-old chain known for big-breasted waitresses wearing short shorts and oddly orange pantyhose. But today's cleavage chains have updated the concept with fresher-looking spaces and menus better suited to today's young people who are increasingly interested in artisanal food and craft beer.

所謂的“波霸餐廳”靈感源于美國貓頭鷹餐廳Hooters，這家已經(jīng)經(jīng)營了30年的老牌連鎖店以穿著超短褲和奇怪橙色連褲襪的大胸妹子服務(wù)員而著稱。不過，如今的“露胸連鎖店”升級了這一概念，他們提供風(fēng)格更清新的就餐環(huán)境、更適合今天年輕人口味的菜單如手工食品和精釀啤酒。
