You might have better opinions than those of your colleagues that contain lots of flaws. However, proposing them straightly might cause discontentment of your colleagues with you being considered as someone who is keen on putting down others.

或許你的意見比同事高明，他的提議真的漏洞種種，但是你直接地提出，很可能會讓大家對你心生不滿，覺得你不擇手段，以打擊別人為樂事。

The virtue of low-profile women is that they would do the work others neglect while accomplishing their own work, leading others to have no doubt of their working ability and do not repulse them as an ambitious woman. It would also raise people’s expectations in them.

暗香型女性的優(yōu)點在于，在做好本職工作的同時，不露聲色地做好與自己銜接同事疏忽的工作，會讓大家肯定你的能力，又不會覺得你鋒芒太露、野心勃勃，產(chǎn)生反感。這樣也能逐漸提高大家對你的期待值。
