飯后一嗝,“回味”無窮!

美餐完一頓后悠悠打上一個嗝,你會感到剛嘗過的味道又涌到嘴里,這就是ghost taste(回味)。有時候吃過的美食會讓你回味都香,但有時候它的回味卻會讓你感到反胃。
Ghost taste is the familiar taste that accompanies a post-meal burp. It’s like deja-vu in your mouth.
“回味”就是吃完飯后打嗝時涌上來的一股熟悉的味道,嘴里充滿了似曾相識的食物的味道。
Some food including garlic、onion and Chinese chives would definitely bring you a ghost taste after you eat them. If you choose one of them during your date, you might frighten your date. Eating a lot of meat may also bring you a ghost taste, not only at that time but also the day after.
有些食物,比如大蒜、洋蔥和韭菜,吃了以后肯定會留給你強烈的回味。如果你在約會時吃這種食物,可能會讓約會對象望而卻步。吃多了肉也會產生“回味”,不僅當時會“回味”,第二天起床時也極有可能“回味”無窮。
