孤獨(dú)是現(xiàn)代人的通病，于是科學(xué)家研發(fā)出了emo robot ——“情感機(jī)器人”，這種機(jī)器人能夠讀懂人的情感，還能與人互動，也許未來的人類會把情感機(jī)器人當(dāng)作自己最親密的朋友。

Ever feel like no one really understands you? Well "Pepper" could be about to change all that. That's because Pepper is actually a robot and touted as the world's first with the ability to read emotions.

總是覺得沒人真正了解你？那么“小辣椒”將會改變這一現(xiàn)狀?！靶±苯贰逼鋵?shí)是個機(jī)器人，被認(rèn)為是世界上第一款能讀懂人類情感的機(jī)器人。

Standing under four-feet tall with a tablet computer mounted to its chest, "Pepper" has human-like hands and a mermaid-like lower torso. Despite the high-pitched voice, Pepper is able to converse about everything from the weather, to more sophisticated topics like the latest fluctuations in the stock markets.

“小辣椒”有四英尺高，胸前有一臺平板電腦，有著類似人的手臂和像魚尾的身體。它的聲音雖然尖了點(diǎn)，但能聊小到天氣，大到股市最新波動等復(fù)雜的話題。

Using its emotion recognition functions, Pepper can react to people by making jokes, dancing and even rapping. It can also make eye contact when meeting people.

“小辣椒”能運(yùn)用情感識別功能對附近的人做出反應(yīng)：講笑話、跳舞，甚至說唱。它還能與人進(jìn)行眼神交流。
