重壓下的“城市迷走癥”

工作壓力大,生活壓力重,很多上班族每天似乎都處于“迷走”的狀態(tài)。迷迷糊糊進(jìn)地鐵,暈暈乎乎進(jìn)辦公室,然后沒(méi)頭沒(méi)腦回到家。“城市迷走癥”已經(jīng)波及了很多城市上班族。
Urban trance describes the situation where people living in fast-paced cities may find themselves forgetting to press the button for their floor in an elevator or missing their subway stop because they are under great pressure or are too preoccupied with work.
城市迷走癥指的是,生活在快節(jié)奏城市的人們時(shí)常會(huì)因?yàn)閴毫μ蠡蛘咛珜?zhuān)注于工作而忘記在電梯里按下自己要去的樓層,或者在地鐵里坐過(guò)站。
Below are examples of when you are suffering from urban trance:
以下是城市迷走癥的一些例子:
1. Walking to a colleague’s desk but forgetting what you are there for.
走到一個(gè)同事桌前,卻忘了自己去那兒是要干什么。
2. Being too busy checking updates on the micro blog to realize that you are missing your stop on the subway.
在地鐵里忙著刷微博,沒(méi)發(fā)現(xiàn)自己已經(jīng)坐過(guò)站了。
3. Knowing someone by his/her ID on WeChat or Weibo, but forgetting his/her real name.
只記得對(duì)方的英文名微信名微博賬號(hào)但想來(lái)想去想不出他真名叫什么。
4. Forgetting to press the button for their floor in an elevator.
在電梯里等五六秒電梯一動(dòng)不動(dòng)才發(fā)現(xiàn)根本沒(méi)有按樓層鍵。
5. Being restless for not bringing your cell phone to office.
上班忘了帶手機(jī),一整天都很焦慮。
