同業(yè)“合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”機(jī)制

曾經(jīng)互為競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手的優(yōu)酷和土豆宣布合并時(shí),有多少人乍舌,同時(shí)又有多少人稱贊?當(dāng)單打獨(dú)斗已經(jīng)無(wú)法為自己獲的明顯競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的時(shí)候,合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)(coopetition)或許是一個(gè)不錯(cuò)的出路。
Coopetition (or co-opetition) is the result when two competing companies with overlapping products or technology find it beneficial to work together – ultimately increasing sales for both companies.
“合作競(jìng)爭(zhēng)”(coopetition或co-opetition)指兩家經(jīng)營(yíng)同類產(chǎn)品或技術(shù)、互相競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的公司意識(shí)到雙方合作會(huì)有更多收益后轉(zhuǎn)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)為合作的情況,雙方銷售額都會(huì)因此有所增加。
Coopetition is a portmanteau of cooperation and competition. It occurs when companies interact with partial congruence of interests. Coopetition是cooperation(合作)和competition(競(jìng)爭(zhēng))兩個(gè)詞的合成形式。兩公司部分利益一致時(shí)多會(huì)采取該政策。與單打獨(dú)斗創(chuàng)造的利益和獨(dú)自掙扎獲取競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)相比,雙方合作創(chuàng)造的利益更大。
