公司的C-level指什么?

公司越來越大,管理人員的層級也在不斷擴(kuò)充,有些屬于基層管理人員,有些是中層,還有一些是我們常說的“高層”。在英文中,公司高層都被統(tǒng)稱為C-level。
The highest-level executives in a organization are usually called "C-level", referring to the 3-letter initials starting with "C" and ending with "O" (for "Chief ... Officer"); the traditional officers are Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operations Officer (COO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Risk Officer positions are often found in banking, insurance, and other financial services companies.
組織機(jī)構(gòu)中最高層的管理人員通常被統(tǒng)稱為C-level,指的是職位以C(chief,首席)開頭,以O(shè)(officer,官)結(jié)尾的高管們。常見的C-level高管有:Chief Executive Officer (CEO,首席執(zhí)行官)、Chief Operations Officer (COO,首席運(yùn)營官),及Chief Financial Officer (CFO,首席財(cái)務(wù)官)。在銀行、保險及其他金融服務(wù)類公司中,還會有Chief Administrative Officer(首席行政官)和Chief Risk Officer(首席風(fēng)險官)。
