I’d like to ask about the difference between the words technology and technique. They both seem to mean 技術(shù) in Chinese, but what are the differences?

In this week’s programme we look at two similar words: technique and technology.
As our listener Sonia pointed out, both words can be translated as 技術(shù) in Chinese. So what are the differences?
