求職信的語(yǔ)氣

求職信要發(fā)揮最大的效果，語(yǔ)氣必須肯定、自信、有創(chuàng)意而不過(guò)分夸張，如能事先了解雇主的喜好，或其他人格特點(diǎn)，根據(jù)人以群分的原理，求職信如果能迎合雇主的特點(diǎn)，求職的人一定可以比其他人占上風(fēng)，獲得面談的機(jī)會(huì)。
注意下面句子中語(yǔ)氣的不同：
I think that I would make a good ***** for you. 我想我可能成為貴公司的優(yōu)秀員工。
I am confident that my experience and references will show you that I can
fulfill the particular requirements of your ***** position.
我相信我的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和別人對(duì)我的推薦可以使您充分了解我符合貴公司*****一職的需要。
I recently completed a course in filing at the ***** School of Business. I am
competent not only in installing a filing system that will fulfill the needs of
your organization, but I am also well qualified to operate it efficiently.

第一句顯得語(yǔ)氣太弱，寫(xiě)信的人有點(diǎn)羞怯的樣子。第二句有特殊風(fēng)格，第三句則太過(guò)自信，第四句，作者在表示謙虛。在實(shí)際運(yùn)用中，如果你不太了解雇主的話，不卑不亢比較好。
