稀奇！揚子鱷“特許經(jīng)營店”

由下面這幅圖片，想到了那句古詩：誰知盤中餐，“塊塊皆‘珍稀’”。日前，揚子鱷佳肴在黃山市徽府美食城“閃亮”登場，這是首家獲國家林業(yè)局批準(zhǔn)的揚子鱷可限量定點經(jīng)營店。據(jù)悉，揚子鱷以“食材”身份出現(xiàn)的特許經(jīng)營連鎖店，目前在全國有三家。

報道中的“franchised eateries”指的是“特許經(jīng)營餐館”。與一般的chain
store（連鎖商店）相比，“franchise”更強調(diào)“特許經(jīng)營”，比如遍布全球的麥當(dāng)勞、肯德基，就是地地道道的“franchise(s)”。
此外，在體育術(shù)語中，“franchise”可用來形容“職業(yè)球隊”，如：Michael Jordan, widely described as the
greatest basketball player of all time, has no desire to move into coaching and
would rather own an NBA franchise.
（史上最偉大的籃球隊員邁克爾·喬丹并不打算做教練，他的目標(biāo)是擁有一個NBA旗下的職業(yè)籃球隊。）
