“同比增長”怎么說？

據(jù)報(bào)道，10月份，全國70個(gè)大中城市新建商品住房銷售價(jià)格同比上漲6.4%，漲幅比上月提高0.1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)；高檔住房銷售價(jià)格同比上漲7.7%，漲幅比上月提高0.7個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

year-on-year rises of 7.7 per cent

“同比增長”常見于各種新聞數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)道。英文中，“同比”可用“year-on-year”來表達(dá)，指“與上年同期數(shù)字相比的”。相應(yīng)的，“同期增長”則為“year-on-year
rise”或“year-on-year growth”。
由此，報(bào)道中的“year-on-year rises of 7.7 per
cent”可理解為：“與去年同期相比增長7.7%”，或者，“同比增長7.7%”。
