生意不可能總是一帆風(fēng)順,不管企業(yè)多么細(xì)心、精心地處理業(yè)務(wù)往來,事故還是難以避免:貨物可能送錯(cuò)了地方,可能在運(yùn)輸中受損或者延遲,等等,各種情況都可能發(fā)生。
當(dāng)發(fā)生事故的時(shí)候,如果只是一些很快就能得到解決的小問題(比如保險(xiǎn)、保證或是其他合同條款),一封日常投訴信就完全可以了。
由于這些小問題一般不會(huì)遭到對(duì)方的反對(duì),日常投訴信只要清楚、明了、簡要就行。下面是寫日常投訴信所遵循的法則:
1. 開頭就提出要求。 2. 詳細(xì)解釋此要求的原因。 3. 結(jié)尾要表示感謝對(duì)方的合作。
下面是一封日常投訴信的范例,請(qǐng)大家體會(huì)一下。
Dear Sir/Madam,
Please send us a correction on part of our order WP-11.
All the items we ordered arrived in excellent condition except for one model.
It you refer to our original order (see the copy attached), you will note that
we requested your fluorescent desk-lamps, Model 606. However, Model 608 reached
us instead. For details, please see the inspection certificate issued by the
Tianjin Commodity Inspection Bureau.
Will you kindly take back those you sent out and substitute them with an
equal quantity (120 items) of Model 606? We would appreciate your attention to
this matter promptly.
